Nach dem dreimaligem Verschieben der Frist zur Stellungnahme hat Intel am gestrigen Montag nun eine schriftliche Stellungnahme abgegeben. Wie wir schon berichteten wird Intel vorgeworfen, durch gezielte Rabattvergabe und der Abgabe unter den Herstellungskosten sich einen unlauteren Vorteil verschafft zu haben.

Intel-Sprecher Chuck Mulloy gab an, dass in der Stellungnahme vertrauliche Informationen zu lesen sind aber zugleich es sich um einen ganz normalen Wettbewerbskampf handele.
