ATI Catalyst Control Center lässtsich nicht deinstalieren !

hallo

angefangen hat das ganze problem als ich das neue CCC instalieren wollte ich konnte es problemlos instalieren es funktionierte aber nicht (also ich konnte es nicht starten

) danach hab ich das neue nochmal deinstaliert weil mir aufgeffallen ist das ich noch das alte CCC drauf hatte das versuchte ich mit CCleaner zu deinstalieren was aber nicht funktionierte den nach 1 sek kam eine Fehlermeldung :
